Who I am
Yanix Designs Studio is the design studio of Youness Yaktine, based in Morocco. I am responsible for the personal data collected on yanixdesignstudio.com.

What I collect
Project brief and contact forms: your name, email address, the project details you write, and any files you attach. The form sends this to my mailbox by email. Files are attached to that email and are not stored on the website.
Checkout: your name, email, the order details and the payment reference. Card and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. I never see or store your card number.
Payoneer requests: your name, email and order details, so I can send you a payment request.
Technical data: your IP address is kept for up to 10 minutes to block spam (a limit on how many messages one visitor can send). The web host keeps standard server logs.
Why I use it
To reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver your project, take payment and keep business records. I do not sell your data or add you to a mailing list.
You get one automatic confirmation email when you send a brief, a message or a payment.
Advertising and cookies
I use Google Ads. The Google tag on this site sets cookies that tell me when someone who clicked one of my ads sends a brief or makes a payment. This measures which ads work.
I may also share a hashed (encrypted) copy of the email address you enter in my forms with Google to match these results more accurately. Google cannot read the original address from it.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland: these advertising cookies are off by default.

Who else handles your data
Hostinger hosts the website and my email. PayPal processes card and PayPal payments. Payoneer processes Payoneer payments. Google measures ad results. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
Emails, briefs and files are kept for as long as needed to deliver the project and support you afterwards, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask me to delete your data at any time, except records I must keep by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Email contact@yanixdesignstudio.com and I will reply within 30 days.
Moroccan residents can also contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel). Residents of the EU or UK can contact their local data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
